Norman, OK — Meals on Wheels of Norman announces that its Executive Director, Summer McGuire, is stepping down from the organization effective July 17th. The Board of Directors is grateful for Summer’s service and contributions to the mission of supporting homebound seniors and neighbors in need throughout the community.
Meals on Wheels of Norman remains fully committed to continuing its vital work without interruption. The organization’s dedicated staff, volunteers, and Board leadership will work closely together during this transition to ensure that meal delivery and support services continue seamlessly.

The Board of Directors has begun the search for a new Executive Director who will lead the organization into its next chapter of service and growth. Meals on Wheels of Norman is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader with a passion for community impact, strong organizational leadership skills, and experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and community engagement.
“This is an important opportunity for the right leader to build on the strong foundation of Meals on Wheels of Norman and help expand our impact in the community,” said Jennifer Harter. “We look forward to welcoming a new Executive Director who will champion our mission and help guide the organization into the future.”
